Vodafone Group Plc is engaged in the provision of telecommunication services throughout Europe and abroad. Vodafone is the UK’s first mobile network to offer 5G roaming services in Germany, Spain, and Italy. The company was established in Newbury, England on July 17, 1984. Vodafone Global Roaming allows customers to access their data, minutes, and texts from anywhere in the world. This allows Vodafone customers to reach 47 European cities, including Milan and Rome, Barcelona, Madrid, and Malaga. These firms provide mobile services to enable customers to call, text, and access data. They also offer fixed-line services including broadband, voice, and TV.

Convergence services are offered under the GigaKombi or Vodafone one names. It offers fixed and mobile services as well as a suite of converged communications services such as the Internet of Things (IoT), which includes managed automotive services and  IoT connectivity. Smart metering and smart solutions are also offered. The cloud and security portfolio comprises public and private cloud services as well cloud-based applications and products to secure networks and devices. M-Pesa is an African payment platform that provides money transfer, business, and merchant payment services. It also offers various services to operators via its market agreements. Open Fiber is the strategic partner of the company.
